Winners of NECCA20 announced in online awards ceremony

The winners of the 17th  North East Contact Centre Awards (NECCA20) were announced on Friday 20th November 2020.

Due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19 the 2020 awards ceremony moved to a live online broadcast hosted by BBC presenter Charlie Charlton,  and received almost 3,000 views.
