Our client is seeking an Outbound Booking Co-ordinator to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual who excels in a customer-focused role.

In this role, you will work closely with the Smart Support Field Manager to support the field workforce, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics management. Your responsibilities will include coordinating appointments, handling both outbound and inbound calls, and delivering an outstanding customer experience within your designated geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage smart support visits in line with contract SLA requirements.

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to book appointments efficiently.

  • Plan and optimise engineer schedules to maximise productivity.

  • Deliver excellent customer service, using persuasion where needed to confirm bookings.

  • Manage short-notice appointments effectively and ensure accurate data capture.

  • Build strong working relationships with the Field Manager and key stakeholders.

  • Communicate with customers via email to generate and confirm appointments.

  • Handle customer expectations professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work towards and exceed targets.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems.

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in scheduling and planning appointments is desirable.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.

  • Flexible shifts between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Saturday.
