Job description

We are currently working in partnership with Verisure to recruit a dedicated Call Centre Agent to join the customer service team in Newcastle.

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service to clients while helping to protect what matters most to them. Verisure is a leading European provider of monitored security systems, offering peace of mind to millions of families and businesses.

The starting salary is £23,000, rising to £25,000 with role progression, plus a £1,200 performance-based bonus.

As a Call Centre Agent, you will work 37.5 hours per week, with shift patterns of 7.5-hour shifts between 8am and 9pm, Monday – Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in an inbound call centre environment

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively

  • Answer customer inquiries, assist with billing questions, and process payments

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers as needed

  • Accurately update and maintain customer records
