Job description

We are working with Nucleus Financial to find a Client Contact professional to join their Client Solutions department. This is a full-time position with a salary between £23,000 - £25,000.

As a Client Contact professional, you will play a key role in supporting client relations managers in the administration and management of designated firms. You will also take ownership of various responsibilities shared across the department, ensuring high service standards are met. This role is fundamental to delivering exceptional customer service while managing a varied workload.
