Ron has dedicated his career to the world of contact centres. In 2015, he joined Connect Assist, eventually spearheading a Management Buyout (MBO) in 2017. Under his leadership, the company witnessed significant growth, expanding its team from 140 to over 450 employees before being acquired in 2021. Before his tenure at Connect Assist, Ron founded and managed a charity contact centre for 14 years.

Holding a position on the UK Board of the International Newspaper Marketing Association (INMA).
Acting as an Ambassador for the DMA.Co-sponsoring the MaxWomen networking group.
Last year, showcasing a deep commitment to inclusivity, Ron introduced 'Sign Assist', a helpline dedicated to the deaf community. Uniquely staffed by deaf advisors, this initiative empowers the community by offering assistance in their native sign language.
