Ben is an award-winning Head of Operations, with a track record of delivering results across a variety of business disciplines and sectors. He has experience in building and running large-scale, complex, global teams, through both in-house and outsourced models.
He’s a real advocate for his people and the customer and is obsessed with transforming Teams and businesses, to leverage the Contact Centre as a strategic asset. He’s happiest when he’s rolling his sleeve up and getting stuck into the details, including speaking to customers directly!
Like many of us, Ben started his career as an advisor on the phone, working his way up through various roles (always in and around business service). He’ll be talking us through his career and sharing the journey to where he is now.
Ben is a champion for diversity and inclusion, promoting a culture of ‘being yourself always’. He also gives his time and professional expertise to his local Academy school as a governor.
