Meet Kerri, an accomplished recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience in account management and operational delivery of volume recruitment solutions. As the Associate Director of Operations, Kerri is responsible for overseeing recruitment operations and talent advisory services.

Drawing on her extensive expertise, Kerri specialises in the design, implementation, and operational delivery of both permanent and temporary recruitment solutions. She works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals and design recruitment processes that deliver results.

When she's not busy driving recruitment success for her clients, Kerri enjoys spending time with her family. She is married and has two adorable daughters who sometimes make guest appearances on Teams calls. On a weekend Kerri can often be found managing her second job of driving her children from party to party or outdoors at a National Trust which is far removed from the previous addition to luxury travel!
