THE CHALLENGE
We have worked in partnership with Virgin Money for several years to deliver contact centre recruitment. We were asked to support in the set-up of a dedicated contact centre to handle enquiries from existing CYBG & Virgin Money customers following the announcement of the acquisition. We were challenged with a smaller than usual talent pool due to the length of contract. Our approach needed to ensure high touch candidate engagement to mitigate the risk of drop-out during vetting process.
